Renewed Strength LLC is proud to host Maryland’s Strongest Hands, a grip strength contest.  The contest date for 2026 is to be determined but is typically held mid-April. Maryland’s Strongest Hands is hosted every April and draws some of the strongest athletes from the mid-Atlantic region.

Contested lifts are Ironmind Apollon’s axle double overhand deadlift (wrist support), Sorinex Saxon bar deadlift (pinch strength), Neutral grip bodyweight hold for time (crush strength) and a medley.
